History of the RSL
Returned troops would come together to discuss common issues they were all facing after returning from war. They continued the camaraderie and support shown amongst our Australian Diggers, and their legacy continues on in the RSL Clubs across Australia today.
Chelsea, Aspendale and Edithvale RSLs came together to form the Longbeach RSL. A club that supports the wellbeing of our former and serving members of the Australian Defence Force, while providing a friendly and enjoyable environment to all members and guests.
